We just returned from a
trade show and shipped our 7 crates via
Roadway. Unfortunately, not all our crates returned. Now after
extensive research on OUR part we have learned all 7 crates did arrive here in Louisville, KY. However, upon leaving their main checkpoint only 6 arrived to our office. It just so happens that the crate that is missing contained our flat panel televisions.
The situation is very obscure, the driver signed for 7 crates yet only delivered 6 of them.
Roadway's claim is they "just don't know what happened. Advice: Use well known carriers in order to avoid these costly
headaches!

rdwy insures all shipments up to a certain amount. if the driver signed for 7 crts and only showed up with 6, that is their mistake and not yours, the insurance should have taken care of your loss. i would suggest talking to your customer service rep and demanding repayment for your loss.
